CLOTHING CARE GUIDE
All of our creations are handmade and hand dyed.
Variations in colour are normal and to be expected, that’s what makes your piece totally unique!
A small amount of colour run off may occur during first wash, so avoid washing with light colours.
We recommend that you hand wash your items, however they can be machine washed on a cold setting with natural detergent.
Its best to air dry your clothing after washing, and avoid hanging in direct sunlight.
JEWELLERY GUIDE
Our jewellery is wearable art and as such should be treated delicately.
It is recommended not to shower, sleep, exercise, expose your jewellery to salt water or chemicals such as chlorine found in spa baths and swimming pools.
Copper, silver, and bronze naturally darken over time due to oxidation. To restore the luster to your jewellery, gently scrub with an old SOFT toothbrush and liquid soap. Be gentle and take your time.
GUARANTEE
Please contact us if you find any faults when you receive your creations. Any split seams or fabric faults will be accepted within 3 months of purchase.
Damage or lack of care (see above) is not covered.
Please note we do not accept returns for change of mind, exchanges may be accepted on a case by case basis.
We encourage you to remember that everything that we sell is handmade by us, all dye baths for clothing are totally unique and every item is one of a kind. There is a large variation in colours in every batch and photographs of colours are not always a true depiction of colours as seen in different lights. We do not accept returns for any colour differences.
Custom orders can take anywhere between 2-10 weeks, please be patient as we create your custom magic. We do not issue refunds for orders taking this creation period.
